DO NOT FREEZE

For best results cooked from chilled

Conventional Oven

Place ribs on non stick tray at 220C ( or gas mark 7 ) for 9-12 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the oven, baste with chosen sauce and cook for a further 4 minutes.
