ROAST COOKED BACK BACON
We all love back bacon, right? It’s the singularly biggest-selling Bacon product in the UK. But for those people who do not have the facility to cook on-site or for pure convenience, we have the perfect solution!
Our Grumpy Pig cooked bacon is oven roasted to perfection, giving a pink texture with a gorgeous slight brown tint along the edge and tail, don’t, my mouth is watering!
We know tolerances on back bacon for portion control are important to our customers, and we consider this when shingling the product into a 1 kg tray, making it easy to separate for quick application.
Again, we offer a long-chilled shelf life on our cooked-back bacon, but for smaller users, you can order mixed pallets of any of our products to give you the commercial advantage without compromising your stock levels.
